YOUR QUOTE
The quoted price given for your item is only valid for 48 hours, please reply as soon as possible to secure payment. This quote is the total amount we will send you for the item, however, you will have to cover postage and packaging, and there may be a PayPal fee [roughly 4%] depending on the payment method used.

PAYMENT METHODS
Paypal - Once you agree to our offer, we can send the funds straight away to your PayPal address via 'Goods & Services'. Please be aware that if you do not send us the item, we can claim the money back from you.

Bank Transfer - We can also send the funds directly to your bank account. With this method, payment will only be made once the item has been received and authenticated.
​
Cash - You can come by our showroom and once the item has been checked over you can be paid by cash or bank transfer on the spot.​

Store Credit - We offer store credit, giving you 15% more than your cash quote. For example, if quoted £100 for your item, you could choose £115 store credit instead. Once we have received and authenticated your item, your store credit will be sent to your email as a coupon code or you can spend it at our showroom. Store credit coupon code expires after 6 months of receiving it.

SHIPPING YOUR ITEM
If you have selected Shipping as your Delivery Method please ship item within 3 working days of purchase or we may request a full refund. If for any reason we do not receive your item, we would expect you to provide us with a full refund. We therefore recommend that you ship items fully tracked and insured, meaning that you can claim back money for lost goods from your courier provider. We would recommend shipping with royal mail as this will only cost around £5 depending on the value and size of the package.

SHOWROOM / DROPPING OFF YOUR ITEM
If you wish to drop off your item to our showroom then please select the 'Showroom Drop Off' option on the Delivery Method, You can then Book an Appointment with us and secure your slot. Drop off post code is ST51BT. We will verify the authenticity of the item and ensure there are no unmentioned flaws. You will then receive payment in person by cash, bank transfer or PayPal.
